What this does
Takes a CCA certificate PDF exported from School Cockpit and separates it into individual student files, using each student's name and class as the file label.
Version 8 can also prepare Outlook/CES drafts with individual attachments and extract CCA record information into a spreadsheet-style table for follow-up tracking or analysis.
Availability
This is a prototype listing. The Windows Excel package is currently being reviewed in a private repository and is not available as a public download.
A verified-member download flow through String ID is planned but is not yet available.
How it works today
The current release is an Excel macro workbook for Windows. It uses bundled PDF tools to read the PDF text, identify student page ranges, split or render pages, and organise files by class.
Users should keep the workbook, template, PDF utilities, and source CCA certificate PDF in the same folder before testing.
Before you use it
Use dummy or sample CCA certificate PDFs first. The package handles student-level records and should not be tested on live student data until your school's data handling requirements are clear.
