What this does
A Power BI dashboard that consolidates 6 disparate finance reports into one unified view. Designed for VPA / AM to monitor SOF and Grants, track cashflow, and surface anomalies.
Version note
v2.1 (the version here) is the stable line for current use.
How to use
1. Click Open product above (sign in with MOE iCON)
2. Extract the folder, open the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop
3. Drop in the six raw finance reports
4. Refresh — consolidated view populates

Before you download
Download: the link requires MOE iCON sign-in. You will be signed in with your @moe.edu.sg iCON account automatically, or asked to switch if you are on a different account.
Platform: Power BI.
Raw files needed: Approved Budget Proposals, Budget Balance Report, Income Expenditure Report, School Journal Report, PV Register Report, RMARR1601.
