What this does
Plan the school year in one Google Sheet. Push to two Google Calendars (public for parents, staff-only for the rest). A 🔒 prefix on a cell routes it to the Staff calendar; everything else goes public by default. One click re-syncs both.
How to use
1. Click Open product above (sign in with MOE iCON) → fires the Sheet's "Make a copy" prompt
2. Make a copy to your own Google Drive, then follow the 2-minute setup inside the Sheet
3. Key events into the month tabs; run sync to build/update both Google Calendars

Maker’s notes
Needs an account that allows Apps Script authorization. First run shows a normal "unverified app" permission screen — click Advanced → Go to to proceed.
